Every engagement is scoped to your case. After an initial consultation we provide a clear, written quote so you know what to expect before any work begins — no hidden fees and no surprises. Our all-in prices include everything.
Engagement agreement up front
Work begins once a written engagement agreement is signed. The agreement sets out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and the fees so both sides are aligned from day one.
Deposit to reserve your dates
For panel and trial work, a deposit is typically required to confirm the engagement and reserve juror recruitment, venue, and consultant availability. The balance is invoiced as the work is delivered.
Clear invoicing and payment terms
Invoices are issued on agreed milestones and are payable within the terms stated on each invoice. We are happy to coordinate billing directly with your firm or its accounts department.
